Tray.ai launches Merlin Agent Builder
A guided builder connects agents to visual workflows, business systems, and chat interfaces such as Slack and Teams.
Tray.ai launched Merlin Agent Builder, a guided development tool for agents connected to business applications and data. The release includes templates for knowledge questions, IT ticketing, and customer support.
Define the work an agent can do
Visual workflows define an agent's tools, connections, and scope. Teams can configure the knowledge it can access, the events that start its work, and the chat interfaces used to interact with it.
The announcement supports conversational agents in Slack and Microsoft Teams as well as work triggered by events without an active conversation.
Reuse the integration platform
Merlin Agent Builder runs on Tray's existing automation platform, bringing model-driven decisions together with the connections needed to act on them. Access controls and monitoring remain part of that configuration. The Tray.ai profile covers its visual integrations, AI tooling, and enterprise access.
