Workato opens Agentic Studio beta for business workflows
The agent builder uses Workato connections to give AI-driven workflows access to business information and actions.
Workato opened the public beta of Agentic Studio, a tool for building and coordinating agents it calls Genies. The offering uses Workato's connectors to read information and carry out actions across business applications.
Agents around existing processes
The launch focuses on workflows in IT, finance, human resources, and sales. An agent can use business context and connected systems instead of operating as a separate chat page with no route to the applications involved.
Workato described more than 1,000 connectors available to those workflows. That makes the range of connected systems an important part of the offering, alongside the language model used to reason about a task.
A public beta
Agentic Studio was introduced as a beta, giving organizations a way to begin building and testing this approach. The Workato profile covers its integration platform, enterprise workflows, and access model.
